The Parish Life Committee is a collection of the chairspersons from each major parish life ministry.
Each of the subgroups share in one common goal: to strengthen and nurture the Holy Trinity Parish Community.
These groups include:
This committee offers to provide and serve a luncheon after a funeral for families and friends, either at Church or in the home of a family member.
Divorce Ministry - Called Olive Branch Ministry, this ministry offers a welcoming atmosphere to our parishioners and others who have worked through the first stages of grief, following a divorce, and want to pursue new friendships and new horizons.
MISSION STATEMENT - A faith based parish ministry for those who have experienced divorce and are seeking new friendships and horizons. The program will provide a welcoming atmosphere focusing on restoring peace, reclaiming joy, and practicing forgiveness. Our community will embrace service, social, and spiritual offerings.
Young Adult Ministry -This ministry is open to anyone, single or married, between the ages of 21 to 40. Our mission is to provide a strong and faith-filled community for young adults through opportunities to engage in a variety of spiritual, social, and service activities.
Health Ministry - The Health Ministry's mission is to offer education, support and guidance to our parish family in matters of physical, mental and spiritual well being. Throughout the year the Health Ministry will offer seminars, classes, demonstrations and screenings to the parish community. Our goal is to offer programs for all age groups. Health Ministry meetings are held monthly and are kept to one hour. One does not need to be medially trained to serve in this Ministry. The old saying "Many hands make light work " certainly rings true as does "I may only be one person but I can be ONE person who makes a difference."
Extended Hospitality - Holy Trinity is now hosting “Extended Hospitality” following the 5:00 PM Masses. This will be just like coffee and donuts after Sunday morning Masses; with our Sweets and Eats Committee providing the treats! Extended Hospitality will occur once a month, the last full weekend of each month.
Holy Trinity Men's Group - A group, which provides a variety of spiritual, social, and service-oriented activities for the men of our parish.
Mom's Group - Our mission is to cultivate and nurture supportive friendships between moms within our church community through casual, fun activities throughout the year (evening events planned quarterly).

Newcomers/Welcoming Committee - Members of this committee are engaged in actively welcoming new members of Holy Trinity to our parish community. On the first Sunday of every other month, prospective new members are welcomed after the 11:00 AM Liturgy to learn about the Parish and to receive a newcomers’ packet. Light refreshments are served at these gatherings, which are announced in the Sunday bulletin. Phone calls are also made to new parishioners to welcome them to our parish.
Pastoral Care Ministry - Lay ministers visit and distribute the Eucharist to parishioners who are homebound, hospitalized Catholics, and those living in assisted-living and nursing home facilities. They also distribute plants to shut-ins at Christmas and Easter. Our Pastoral Care Chairperson coordinated visits to our homebound, nursing home residents and those in the hospital.
Prayer Blanket Ministry - Our Prayer Blanket Ministry provides a touchable expression of prayer for individuals needing to feel God’s love and the love of our parish community. These blankets are made by hand by the members of this ministry. The blankets are then blessed at Mass and made available at the parish office.
Prayer Line - A group of parishioners who pray daily for the special needs in the parish especially the ill, shut-ins and those in difficult situations. This ministry also offers a monthly prayer service on the first Tuesday of the month, after the 5:00 PM Liturgy.
Seniors - This committee welcomes parishioners 60 years of age and older. The second (2nd) Monday of each month our seniors gather for lunch and to socialize; and on the last Thursday of each month they gather for a planned activity. The seniors also spend time together through outings as well as reflection and guest speaker days.
Women's Group - Our mission is to create the opportunities that encourage spirituality, community and friendship for the women of Holy Trinity Parish. By feeling connected we are better able to support each other, our loved ones, our parish and our community. Through quality programs we enrich our lives, our intellect and our spirit while coming together to bond with our fellow parishioners. The Holy Trinity Women’s Club is a open to all women of the parish and their guests. We are currently offering a quarterly speaker’s series featuring lectures on topics of social importance, personal development and spiritual enlightenment. Our gatherings include great conversations and light refreshments. As the club grows we hope to also add opportunities to “field trip” together to explore fun and interesting activities.
"As each one of us has received a gift, use it to serve one another! As good stewards of God's varied grace."
